Enrollment Period
The Open Enrollment Period for nursing center residents Institutionalized Individuals (OEPI) interested in joining West Virginia Senior Advantage is always open. If you are eligible, you can enroll in West Virginia Senior Advantage at any time.
Eligibility Requirements
You can join West Virginia Senior Advantage if you are eligible for Medicare Part A (Hospital Insurance) and Medicare Part B (Medical Insurance), reside in or are expected to reside in a participating Healthcare nursing center for 90 days or longer, and meet West Virginia Senior Advantage’s eligibility requirements.

West Virginia Senior Advantage is a unique plan where a member can enroll year-round. The plan focuses on members who meet residential requirements in the West Virginia Senior Advantage participating nursing center located in the following West Virginia counties:

West Virginia Senior Advantage representatives are available: 8:00 a.m.–8:00 p.m., seven days a week (except Thanksgiving and Christmas), October 1–March 31, and Monday–Friday (except holidays), April 1–September 30.
